If you violate any rules during the Evaluation phase, your eligibility for a funded account may be affected. Eleonex distinguishes between two types of breaches: soft breaches and hard breaches.
A soft breach refers to a violation of a rule that does not immediately result in termination of your account. The consequences of a soft breach may vary depending on the specific rule that has been violated and may include a warning, loss of eligibility for a funded account, disqualification from reward sharing, or other remedial measures as determined by Eleonex at its sole discretion.
A hard breach, on the other hand, constitutes a serious violation that results in immediate termination of your trading account. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of critical risk parameters, unauthorized trading behavior, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the evaluation or funding process.
In the event a hard breach occurs on a funded account, Eleonex reserves the right to terminate the Trader Agreement and close the account without prior notice.
Please note that not all violations are automatically detected. Some may only be identified during manual reviews conducted by our risk management team. Eleonex reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of any breach, whether detected automatically or through manual review.
